Haus in der Sonne...
...is a family-run, popular and well-equipped bed and breakfast in the heart of Fieberbrunn in the beautiful Pillerseetal. With a sunny disposition and a special flair, we welcome our guests with a rich breakfast buffet, take care of your room, and act as local guides and advisors when it comes to matters and insider information about your stay. We probably don't need to say much about our location and feel the same way as Udo Jürgens: ‘When I sing about my dreams, I see a land that is still far away, where love and tenderness dwell, show me the house in the sun.’
Our separate lounge offers space to chill out and relax, enjoying a nice cup of tea or coffee from our tea/coffee bar after an eventful day.
A car park is available directly at the house, the town centre is only a few minutes' walk away and the train station can be reached in just under 15 minutes on foot. A stop for the free regional buses is located directly in front of the house and the cable cars are also within easy reach. The ‘Haus in der Sonne’ is therefore your ideal starting point for many discoveries.
Sustainable holidays
We are particularly proud that our efforts to provide environmentally conscious accommodation are bearing fruit, and we were the first business in the Pillerseetal to be awarded the Austrian Ecolabel. Together with the PillerseeTal region, we see it as our responsibility to bring the environment, our employees, the local population and our guests into harmony.
We strive to achieve continuous improvement in all these areas. This endeavour is supported by our guests and employees, who are actively involved in setting goals and measures.
Our rooms
Our rooms are modern, welcoming, and comfortably furnished, offering accommodation for up to four people. A private shower or bath/toilet is standard in all room categories, as is a private balcony with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Cable TV and Wi-Fi keep you connected to the world.
